    Affairs students with a concentration inInternational Peace Studies (IPS) beganinternships with partner peacebuildingorganizations around the world. But unlike inprevious years, most students began theseinternships working remotely due to the ongoingimpact of the coronavirus pandemic.

    Kroc Institute welcomes 2020-21Visiting Research FellowsFour scholars began their terms as visitingresearch fellows at the start of the 2020-2021academic year: Daniel Castillo, AlisherKhamidov (M.A. '02), Lisa McLean,and Andrew Owsiak. Their research foci includeliberation theology, environmental ethics,religious activism, gender and migration, andinternational dispute resolution.
