Newell Projects successfully carried out design and fit out works over floors 4 to 7 of the existingbuilding shell and to all floors within the existingstair cores, at Velocity 2 Village, whilst the rest ofthe building remained in occupation. Approximately400,000sq ft successfully delivered for end userStudy Group, for their new International College,within this City Centre Location. This new state of the art teaching facility benefits from panoramicviews to the front across the City and views ofcourtyard to the rear, whilst the rest of the building remained in occupation.
