• Helipad will be located in Zone 5• The Pad will be designed as a two – way slab• New columns will be introduced along column line

Ma• The façade of the building will be changed• Lateral system will eliminate of moment frames

• Braced frames will not interfere with the architecture

• Drift values will be larger, but still acceptable• Differences in COM and COR are generally the
