Access your account online for the first time

*“Sign-Up for an Online Account” establishes online access to an existing account. To enroll online, click “Enroll” in the gray sidebar.

1 Go to MarylandDC.com and click “Login Help & Sign Up” in the “LOGIN“ sidebar on the right hand side of the page.

2 Select “Sign Up for an Online Account”

3 Enter Social Security Number, birthdate, and account number as indicated on screen, then hit Next and follow the remaining steps.

Reset your username and/or password1 Go to MarylandDC.com and click “Login

Help & Sign Up” in the “LOGIN“ sidebar on the right hand side of the page.

2 Select “Forgot Your Username“ or “Forgot Your Password“

3 For resetting your Username: Enter Social Security Number and birthdate as indicated on screen, then hit Next and follow the remaining steps.

For resetting your Password: Enter Username as indicated on screen, then hit Next and follow the remaining steps.

Find your account number on your quarterly statement.
