    ABOUT THIS WORKBOOK

    This workbook has been prepared to assist you in following the correct procedure for break-in, Servicing,

    Repair, operation and maintenance of your new John Deere tractor.

    Your tractor has been designed and built to give maximum performance, with good fuel economy and ease of

    operation under a wide variety of operating conditions. It also describes the functional relationship of

    components and the supporting equipment within the complete system. To maintain this condition and

    ensure trouble free performance, it is important that the routine services, as specified in this workbook are

    carried out at the recommended intervals.

    Read this workbook carefully and keep it in a convenient place for future reference. If at any time you require

    advice concerning your tractor, do not hesitate to contact your authorized John Deere dealer. He has trained

    personnel, genuine John Deere parts and necessary equipmentsto undertake all your service requirements.

    setting for proper working of tractors. This document also applies to those using tractors for other activities,

    such as lifestyle farming, green keeping, and boating and public land management.
