JCB 85Z-1, 86C-1, 65R-1, 67C-1EXCAVATOR
JCB’s 85Z-1 and 86C-1 are high performance productive midi excavators. Peak power and torque at low engine speeds makes for efficient cycles, and there’s a wealth of innovative design features to get the most from every drop of fuel.
With a JCB 65R-1, tractive effort and 5km/h tracking speeds are class leading so high dozer capabilities and fast travel times are guaranteed. Our auto kickdown motors help to increase productivity and reduce operator fatigue by automatically adapting to changes in terrain.
JCB 457 TIER 4
The JCB 457 can perform great feats of productivity. With high breakout forces, it’s bucketloads more powerful than its competitors and our new rear chassis Layout provides 3.3% extra lift capacity than the previous model.The machine is designed to move more material for less. To achieve this, we’ve designed the engine, axles, driveline and hydraulics to work in harmony with each other, for ultimate efficiency. The 457’s 3m³ cab is roomy, easy to access, and quiet. It also has excellent visibility andintuitive to use ergonomic controls.

WHEELED LOADER
NEW JCB DUMPER RANGE
JCB is to launch a comprehensive range of site dumpers ranging in size from one to 10 tonnes. The JCB site dumper line-up will be based around four popular weight classes. Compact one tonne and two tonne machines have been designed primarily for house building and landscaping contractors, while 3-3.5 tonne JCB models will suit general construction and rental businesses. At the heavier end, both 6 tonne and 9-10 tonne dumpers offer the ultimate carrying capacity for larger earthmoving projects. We also have a large range of Thwaites Dumpers available.

HAND RAIL JCB ‘BOXING RING’
JCB Hand Rails provide protection to the driver while working on the back of the excavator. Traditionally handrails have been very large solid structures, which are bolted and welded onto the machine structure. However, JCB handrails are designed to bolt onto existing fixings avoiding the need to drill or weld on to the machine.
