One Major project at McClain E-Z Pack was to tool and set-up a new assembly line for a recently redesigned product. My responsibilities included, organizing the design and production of tools and fixtures, assigning and prioritizing tasks for the in-house fixture department, and evaluating vendors for production equipment.
