In the previous months before the Astra analogue shutdown, television end users and telecommunication professionals in Germany received a great deal of information regarding the process and milestones. Televes was a catalyst in this scenario by placing a complete range of professional products to make a smooth technical transition in distribution networks for build-ings and homes.

BOSS Tech is an advanced electronical device developed by Televes that converts the DATHD in an intelligent aerial.

Turn on the intelligence of the DATHD by powering the antenna with a voltage between 12 and 24 Vdc. The DATHD becomes active and will automatically adjust its output signal to the optimum level.

The new version of microcavities filter is made with ceramic fil-ters. One of the great advantages of these components is the wide range of temperatures in which the filter characteristics are kept. Thanks to this new architecture, the frequency response is unchanged in temperatures ranging from -20 ºC to 65ºC. This ensures the filtering effectiveness in situations which the filter is subjected to extreme environmental conditions.

With DVB-T2 signals, the range of meters incorporates up to three references that include the analysis of these signals. For the measurement of LTE/4G signals, H60 has three dif-ferent tools.

LTE Check: this function assesses the need to insert a filter LTE and recommends the most appropriate Televes filter.

Transmodulators that generates two multiplexes (COFDM ref.564301 or QAM ref.564401) from services whose origin is one, two or three TVSAT transponders in either DVBS (QPSK) or DVBS2 (QPSK /8PSK) modulation formats.

Once extracted the MPEG2 TS, it is re-modulated in COFDM/QAM format to obtain two output channel (7/8 MHz bandwidth) in VHF/UHF by means of a agile up-converter.

Settings of operation parameters can be performed by means of the programming unit (ref. 7234): input frequency, output channel, modulation format and adaptation of services, mainly.

The adjust and programming of T.0X headends can be performed remotely using a Web application. This system provides the platform for IP services for multidevice distribution headend management.

TSuite automatically adapts to any device and display type. It is available as APP in Google market for Android devices and in Apple market for IOS devices.

COAXDATA SYSTEM

Set of devices that extend a data network over a TV coaxial network and/or over a fiber optic network.

The Home Gateway is a home device that recovers the Ethernet network also serving as access point with Low Power WiFi.

Coaxdata can provide service to existing coaxial net-works with no need of modify the current installation. With a MAC filtering system, CoaxData has a software to manage the access of modems to network, the bandwidth limitation or the structure of virtual networks (VLAN). Using a Headend Manage-ment Unit (ref.5559), this network control can be done remotely via an SNMP agent and a web interface.
