DIRECT PROFIT A new Direct Profit (DP) will be added to the

current profit plan.

All products will be sold at retail price(including those sold to Business Owners

and VIP Shoppers). RP will only be able to be used with

Redemption Products. RP will not be entitled to any discount on

Cosway Products.

RESTRUCTURING OF DOWNLINES

A & B profit centers no longer appear uponregistration. All purchases will be on the main ID.

Existing Business Owners who purchaseadditional 200ev/500ev to upgrade to 3/7 profitcenters, and new Business Owners who qualifyfor 3/7 profit centers will be given up to 6 monthsfrom their qualifying month to performrestructuring of their downlines.

Only 1 time restructuring is allowed.
