Installation Requirements

Yourinstallationofhigh-efficiencynaturalgasequipmentorproductsiseligibleforarebateif:• Itmeetsallequipment-specific,energyefficiency,andProgramrequirementsoutlinedintheapplicationform.• Itispurchasednew.Resaleequipment,newpartsinstalledinexistingequipment,orequipmentthatisleased,rebuilt,rented,receivedfrominsurance

claims,receivedfromawarrantyorwonasaprizedonotqualify.• Itisreplacingexisting,naturalgasequipmentusedforthesamepurposes(applicableonlytoinstallationscompletedinexistingfacilities;doesnotapply
