Class 1 - Who we are and what we do Molescroft Primary School Educating pupils from the age of 4 to 11. The school is a two form entry and therefore has places for 60 pupils in each year group. The school capacity is therefore 420. The School is also a National Teaching School called ‘Riding Forward’. As such the school leads an alliance of schools to develop and promote educational innovation, offer school to school support and in-service training, support leadership development and train teachers. All other teachers are paid on the National Teachers Main Scale or Upper Threshold scale. Most Teaching Assistants are employed on point 14 of their scale, though some are paid on point 11 and some on point 17 & 25 for specialised work with Early Years or as an HLTA. Admin Support ranges from Point 9 to Point 31. Other support staff, cleaners, caretaker, cooks and lunchtime supervisors are paid from points 7 to 14.

All pay scales can be provided in hard copy.
