Type of Government

• Autocracy (King)

• King rules from giant castle overlooking colony

• Rule will continue through monarchy

• King has assistants, but makes all decisions himself

Food/Supplies• Bi-annual shipment from earth will provide food, clothing, and all other living supplies needed

• A generous amount will be equally dispersed to each person

• As previously stated, there shall be farms and greenhouses to get fresh crops from

• All non-perishable food items will be stored in big food warehouse (perishable items in giant refrigerator in food warehouse)

• to make crops grow, artificial sunlight will project from pinnacle of dome

Water/Sanitation• Water will be stored in giant water tower connected to pipes in order to distribute to all houses and buildings.

• There will be a fairly generous limit to how much water can be used per person per day.

• There will be sewage pipes running all waste to the core of the planet to be incinerated.

Population/Buildings• Whole colony inside a giant dome to deflect mars’ storms and inconvenient living conditions (such as carbon dioxide poisoning)

• Over-population not a problem; will be a people-limit

• Farms and greenhouses will be added to recycle carbon dioxide and clean the air

• Houses will all be built the same size and structure (to prevent disputes), but different colors

• Will have hospital, fire station, schools, gyms, etc. as needed.

Occupations• People will be given choices based on skill and society needs.

• All labor will be equally paid with food, clothes, etc.

• If person doesn’t do job, they will be banished.

Law Enforcement

• Police force

• Lawbreakers will be exiled from colony

• No trial; decided by king if guilty
