INSTRUCTORS ARE USING THE SEQUENCE MORE WITH THEIR STUDENTS, BUT WE ARE STILL HAVING PROBLEMS !
IN THE IRA ENROLLMENT 10 % OF STUDENTS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO READ THE SEQUENCE (who’s responsibility is this?)
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
I have come to believe that a great teacher is a great artist and that there are as few as there are any other great artists. Teaching might even be the greatest of the arts since the medium is the human mind and spirit.

Most of us end up with no more than five or six
people who remember us. Teachers have hundreds of
people who remember them for the rest of their
lives.
1.Instructor will give Mr. Manuel Torres the student’s log book before’ the end of course’(Mr. Torres will have maximum 24 hours to check it).
2.Mr.Torres will give the log book back to instructor with a signed format.
3. Instructor will give format to the check pilot performing the ‘end of course’ (check pilot will not be able to do the state check without the format).
Note: This procedure is done to make sure all the flight time that is logged is correct.

DENVER— A pilot who lost control while taking selfies was likely the cause of a small plane crash that killed two men this past spring, according to federal investigators.
Pilot Amritpal Singh, 29, and his passenger were killed instantly
"It is likely that cellphone use during the accident flight distracted the pilot and contributed to the development of special disorientation and subsequent loss of control," the NTSB said.
Why take a picture at that critical moment of flight?" said Moreno, who works as an instructor with Rocky Mountain Flight School in Centennial, Colo. "Why disrupt your concentration on the really critical tasks at that important moment?"
The evidence suggests that Singh got distracted, disoriented, stalled the plane and crashed, NTSB investigators said.

1. In the contract you sign upon entering this school, includes respect for rules and discipline.
2. The purpose of rules and regulations is that they allow us to live harmoniously in an atmosphere of personal development and growth
3. In any place where you are, you need to comply with rules and act with respect for the space of others.
If you see something that is not In line with ADF Practices, let us know.
Remember that violations to some policies can result in fines (to you and ADF), suspension of certificates, and extra costs all around.
If we know someone is doing something wrong, we can address the problem and help the student and ADF and most likely the person doing things wrong.
WE ARE HERE FOR OUR STUDENTS (CUSTOMERS). IF WE FAIL TO GIVE THEM THE CORRECT SERVICE, WE ALL FAIL AS A GROUP.
CHECK PILOTS NEED TO STAY
“Too complicated to reschedule”
“The instructor from this student is my friend, lets help him!”
“He will study, and might make it.”
“The student is my friend, he/her might make it,”
“I don’t need to do this again. So Who cares!”
“This guy smells bad. I don’t want to be an a aircraft with him ever again!”
RESULTS 90% OF THE TIMES Check rides fail
• If School goes below 80% of passing check ride the FAA will not renew the 141 certificate.
• No more I- 20,
• No more international students.
• We all will be out of a job.
• The CFI gets more failures and will get in trouble with the FAA
• Students will spend around $1000.00 more
Thank you for flying safe
GOOD NIGHT
