Mesmer, Esq. Members present included David M. Rothstein, Chair, Heather E. Krans, Vice Chair, Elaine Holden, Vice Chair, Ronald K. Ace, Kathleen M. Ames, Margaret R. Kerouac, Mona T. Movafaghi, Georges J. Roy, Martha Van Got and Daniel E. Will. Peter G. Beeson was not present, and Caroline K. Leonard was recused. The Committee reviewed the record and approved the facts as found by the Hearing Panel by clear and convincing evidence. The Committee then approved the findings of violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct (the "Rules") as found by the Hearing Panel. With respect to sanction, the Committee recommends a three year suspension with eighteen months stayed. I.
