Not researching your direct competitors. Some new entrepreneurs actually believe they have no direct competition. This is highly unlikely, unless you just invented a brand new product!
Making your product more important than your people. If you want to have a sustainable, profitable business, you need people on your team who will help you reach your goals, so treat your employees right!
