The CONTI® BTT Hz Belt Tension TesterWe develop and manufacture timing belts, V-belts and multiple V-ribbed belts for all major carmakers. Our products are also available in original-equipment qualityfor automotive aftermarket requirements. The fully reen-gineered belt tension tester (CONTI® BTT Hz) perfectlytops off our product range for the free parts market.
Regardless of whether it's a matter of vehicle mainte-nance or a belt replacement, making sure the belt isalways at the right tension is crucial. Don't leave thingsup to your instincts. Base your work, instead, on a precise value. The new CONTI® BTT Hz measures thetension of the original CONTI SYNCHROBELT® as wellas OE and OE-identical timing belts. Another advantageis that the new device can also measure the tension ofCONTI-V MULTIRIB® belts. The data manual included inthe case lists the requisite settings for a host of engines.
The new BTT Hz is easy to use, is precise and functionsusing the very latest technique – frequency measure-ments displayed in hertz. Operating the gadget is child's play, requiring the use of only two keys. A built inauto-calibration function further enhances measuring reliability.
