By many measures, Peter was doing a great job. Sales were up, margins

were up, and the plant was growing fast… The pressure and stress was

evident throughout the company for Peter drove his leadership team

unmercifully. The supervisors showed no compassion for the line personnel

and any supervisor unable or unwilling to demonstrate the same attitude

toward the line workers “could leave today!”

Discovering a new leadership style

speakers

His Way At Work, Guatemala Summit 2014 will provide business leaders

with practical advise on how to lead your company inspired in the love to

God and to our neighbors. The Antigua conference is an initiative of “His

Way At Work”, a non-profit organization with the singular mission of

providing guidance to companies seeking to make a positive impact on

their organization through the God glorifying values of humility, honesty,

integrity, respect, kindness, and a sense of social responsibility.

Business leaders who are seeking to transform their work environment based upon Judeo-Christian values.

In the ever increasing race to finish first, the overwhelming majority of us work at a frantic pace, seldom resting and continually demanding more of ourselves and of those who work for us. In this race to compete, either among our peers or in a global environment, we may be sacrificing our lives, our families, and our spiritual health. How can we work and “be anxious for nothing”as scripture instructs us?

“But seek first his Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these

things will be given to you as well”

Mt 6:33
