Water utilisation on the estate is sensitively managed and dispersed via a central computerised system. Licensed

Theestate’sinternalwaterconsumptionawarenesscampaignhasbeenfruitfulandoverthepastyear resultedinasignificantdecreaseinwaterconsumption.Smartwatermetersystems,installedinallhomes,provideValde Viemanagementwithanexactreal-timemonitoringof dailyconsumptionandassisthomeownerswithleak and burst alarms.
