New Bridge Academy Program Introduction Originally, 2325 Platt Springs Road was known as Brookland-Cayce #3 and served elementary school children. In 1964, the Lexington School District Two School Board renamed the building George I. Pair Elementary School. In 2011, Pair Elementary School was reconfigured and the building was re-designated as Pair Education Center. During the 2017-2018 school year, the faculty and staff proposed to change the program name to New Bridge Academy as a way to capture the work that is being done in the classroom on daily basis.

The student will begin on the Red level, and will remain there 1 day in order to advance to the Yellow level. A student who receives a discipline referral will automatically be dropped to the Red level. A student on the Blue level will be dropped to the Green level if they receive two negative days.
