Company on 25 September 2003 with the facilities to manufacture Pre-stress concreting wire. This product is the basic raw material for the bridges & concrete poles. Manufacturing facilities are located at 1.6 Km of Raiwind Manga Road, Distt. Kasur. The Company has purchased hi-tech machinery for the manufacturing of PC Wire Strand. It has installed capacity to process 800 metric tons per month of high carbon steel rod. Our products conform to international standards i.e. ASTM A416:80 for grade 250 & 27 which is the basic requirement for the pre-stress concrete industry. At present we are known all over the country due to our high quality of PC Strand. Our list of clients is going to be populated day by day and almost all major construction companies like Qalander Bux, Ashraf D. Baloch, SKB etc. are now our clients (List of Clients are also enclosed for your reference) Our product is being tested number of times from most of the labs of the country and the results are very satisfactory. Te management is committed to run the affairs of the company very professionally. Professionals equipped with full technical knowledge are employed to look after the affairs of the Company Strict compliance of international standards is being complied with and each product has to pass strict criteria of final inspection before it dispatches from the factory. Mill-test certificate has been made a compulsion in this contest. The Company is focused to capture the market segment associated with value added items. The CEO, having master degree in Business Administration besides engineering background has put his emphasis on the market segmentation and each segment is being touched according to the potential and future prospects. Complete market survey has been conducted and we are focused on potential markets for our products. We take this opportunity to express that we have already added renowned customers in our portfolio.The Company has also established a separate department under the direct supervision of CEO to give information related to the usage of our product and also to address customer complaints/suggestions. Wire rope is composed of wires, strands, a core and lubrication. The basic unit of wire rope is wire, which is carefully processed and drawn from selected grades of steel to predetermined physical properties and sizes.Wire rope consists of several strands of metal wire laid (twisted) into a helix. Initially wrought iron wires were used, but today steel is the main material used for wire ropes.

The main core is an independent wire rope, normally having the construction 7 x 7.

Wire ropes were developed starting with mining hoist applications in the 1830s. Wire ropes are used dynamically for lifting and hoisting in cranes and elevators, and for transmission of mechanical power. Wire rope is also used to transmit force in mechanisms, such as a Bowden cable or the control surfaces of an airplane connected to levers and pedals in the cockpit. Static wire ropes are used to support structures such as suspension bridges or as guy wires to support towers. An aerial tramway relies on wire rope to support and move cargo overhead.

Fibre cores are stranded and comprise of natural fibres such as sisal, hemp, jute, and cotton. Synthetic fibres such as polyamide, polyethylene, and polypropylene. Asbestos fibres (heat resistant).

In the preforming process the wires and strands are given their final helical pitch before being laid up into rope. Ropes made in this way show no tendency to untwist when cut.

Lubrication reduces internal friction of the wires and strands and protects against corrosion. Grease is applied to all ropes supplied. If special lubricants are required this must be specifically stated at time of ordering.

The Rope shall be uniformly made. Free from defects. When uncoiled under no load the rope shall not be wavy.

The diameter of a wire rope is the diameter of the circle which encloses all of the wires. When measuring wire rope it is important to take the greatest distance of the outer limits of the "Crowns' of two opposite strands. A measurement across the valley will result in incorrect lower readings

Wire Rope Construction Terminology Wire rope is identified by its construction, or the number of strands per rope, and number of wires in each strand. For example, the construction 6 x 25 denotes a 6-strand rope, with each strand having 25 wires. Constructions having similar weights and breaking strengths are grouped into wire rope classify cations, such as the 6 x 19 and 6 x 37 Classes.Some other construction are as follows:
