• Logon to BOS (Internet facing)– Ensure that Internet is working (Ping yahoo.com)
• Logon to Local Gateway– Ensure that Vendor’s Part B Server is reachable (ping 10.90.37.xx)
• (10.90.37.11(Orpak)/14(AGS)/17(ATOS)/20(NCR))
• Logon to Cisco Router– Ensure that Internet is working (Ping yahoo.com)– Ensure that ASA is reachable (ping connect.hpcl.co.in)– Ensure vendor’s Part B server is reachable by extended ping (ping
10.90.36.xx source Vlan2)• (10.90.37.11(Orpak)/14(AGS)/17(ATOS)/20(NCR))
– If not reachable, “reload” the configurations & Check
