Pay-As-You-Go Airtime Cards

• Pay-As-You-Go Airtime Cards will only work with Feature Phones not with Smartphones.

• 1 Minute of Local, Nationwide Long Distance or Roaming calls equals one minute of use.

• Minutes are deducted for all incoming and outgoing calls, including calls to toll free numbers, 411, 611, *611, Customer Care, and Voice Mail.

• 911 calls are free. Minutes will not be deducted.

• International calling to over 100 Destinations is included.

How it Works

• There will be a charge each time the customer purchases content to download.

• The Content Charges varies depending on the type of content downloaded. The customer will be advised of the Content Charges prior to finalizing their purchase.

• The customer will be charged 2.5 minutes to send or receive a multi-media message (e.g., picture messaging the “MMS Charge”).

• In addition to the Content Charges and MMS Charges, the customer will be charged an additional Access Charge of 1 Minutes of Airtime per Minute of access associated with downloading content, accessing or viewing Data Service or utilizing MMS.

• Total Access Charges will vary depending on the size of the content and the actual time it takes to download the content, access or view the Data Service or utilize MMS.

$10 Global Calling Card

The $10 Global Add-On card adds a $10 credit to make international calls anywhere in the world to Landlines and Cellular phones.The $65 International Plan allows Unlimited calling to specific International destinations.

What is the difference between the $65 Unlimited International plan and the $10 Global Add-On Card?

• The Global Card adds a $10 Credit to make International Calls to any Destination in the world; Cellular and Landlines

• Dollar balance is deducted from the phone based on the destination rate and call time

• Customers can call Cellular and Landlines anywhere in the world

• The $10 Global Add-On Card must be used in combination with an active NET10 Service Plan

• Works with any NET10 Service Plan including the $65 Plan

• Add as many Cards as you like, the Balance carries over

• For calls originating from the U.S. only

• Expires 30 days after the Service End-Date or 180 days after last use, whichever occurs first

• For rates on Cellular and Landline Destinations customers can go to NET10.com/ild

How it Works

Only calls to destinations not covered by the $65 Unlimited International Service Plan are deducted from the $10 Global Add-On Card balance.

Any calls to destinations covered by the $65 Plan will be completed without deducting from the $10 Global balance.

Bring Your Own Phone (BYOP)

• Customers can bring their own 3G or 4G LTE Smartphone to NET10

• Requires a compatible or unlocked Smartphone

• Check phone eligibility first by texting “NTBYOP” to 82888 (standard text message rate applies) or at NET10BYOP.com or by calling 1-855-333-2355.

• Compatible with most Smartphones

• Customers can keep their same phone number or get a new one

• Coverage on America’s Largest and Most Dependable Networks

How to Activate

• Customer purchases a Bring Your Own Phone Activation Kit

• Follows the instruction on the Red Activation card included in the Kit

• For GSM phones (AT&T/T-Mobile) they insert the SIM card that best fits the phone

• For CDMA (Verizon), they must use the Network Access Code to activate and the LTE SIM card for LTE Service

• Add the $40 Service Plan that is included in the Activation Kit to complete activation. Should the customer require more Data than the $40 Service Plan carries, they can purchase any domination NET10 airtime card.
