Onboarding ProcessOnboardingNet Inc will work hand in hand with your current leadership and staff to ensure a smooth transition. Through our detailed discovery we will document IT operations and begin to write your technology story. Evaluating networks, connectivity, firewalls, services, partners and equipment. Your technology picture will come to life. We utilize checklists and knowledge from your current employees to ensure the picture is complete.

Post Launch

Net Inc is centrally located and will monitor, support, maintain and address most needs from our headquarters in Las Colinas. Onsite needs will be scheduled with management as requested.

First 90 DaysUnderstanding your specific culture and people is key to success. The Net Inc staff will rotate working onsite initially to ensure each team member is familiar and integrated into the culture. We will be capturing and documenting current trends, common issues, procedures and relationships to ensure a successful knowledge base and build excitement of improvements to come. We believe positive communications and interaction with staff around policies and procedures ensures employee engagement and successful launches.

Additional project or staff resources are priced on a per hour rate for desktop support and for senior level based upon the skills needed by the client.

Project time applies only for on the clock billing. We define this as resources that are at your site, or engaged in work directly for you. No project billing occurs for travel time to headquarters.

Project or Additional ResourcesNet Inc may provide additional resources to facilitate business and management special requests. A project/request for resources is any business or management request that requires work outside of the normal scope of this contract.

Examples:Additional resource to travel on behalf of your organization outside of the DFW area.

An additional help desk technician during the rollout of a new IT initiative such as enterprise implementation of a platform or Microsoft Exchange rollout.

Plan, project management, configure and install a new phone system between multiple offices.
