Our heaters are thermodynamically and
structurally optimized and are characteri-
zed by high effi ciency, excellent heat trans-
fer and low fi lm temperatures. In the design,
for example, attention was paid to suffi cient
possibilities for thermal expansion of the coil.
The heaters are available in two different series:
horizontal (WEH) and vertical (WEV).
The design was developed for a particularly ba-
lanced temperature profi le to avoid temperature
peaks. Only high-quality refractory materials are
used so that an emergency power supply is not
necessary.
Built-in components are user-friendly and meet
all required safety standards.
• High effi ciency
• Low fi lm temperature
• Flexible installation options
• Highest safety standards

High effi ciency and balanced temperature profi le
Thermal oil is evenly heated using
a 3-pass system. This prevents
temperature peaks on the coil,
which would lead to an exces-
sive fi lm temperature of the oil.

An optimal coil design increases
effi ciency and plant safety.
The two types of construction (WEH and WEV)
do not differ in their mode of operation.
In most cases, the local conditions and any exis-
ting facilities are the decisive factor for one of
the two solutions.
Type WEV is usually suitable if there is little fl oor
space available or if the fuel used does not burn
residue-free, as cleaning openings can be provi-
ded on its bottom.
Type WEH makes the burner particularly easy
to access for maintenance work. It is especially
practical in combination with a combustion air
preheater (Luvo), as it can be mounted directly
on the heater. However, the use of a combustion
air pre-heater is also possible in conjunction with
a WEV.
