What if an emergency call is made to the call center by someone speaking a foreign language? While we cannot guarantee that every call will be answered by a native speaker, Security Exchange’s team will ensure the caller is connected to a representative with the correct language skills. In the unlikely event that the language skill is not available in-house then we they will use translation services. The translator will remain on the call with the crisis consultant to ensure accurate communication.
