ANNOUNCEMENT

RE-OPENING OF THE NDEJJE UNIVERSITY MAIN & LADY IRENE CAMPUSES (LUWEERO)

This is to inform all students studying at the Main and Lady Irene Campuses at Ndejje Luweero that the Governing Council that sat Thursday, 27 November 2014 resolved thus:

1. The two Campuses will open Monday, 5 January 2015 for the re-admission of the students who were sent home on 20 November 2014. All students must report on that day; not earlier.

2. Every student accompanied by his / her parent / guardian / sponsor will have to

fill the Re-Admission Form (it will cost Ug. Shs. 50,000/=). Coloured photographs of the student and the parent/guardian / sponsor must be attached to the Form.

3. Every student must get registered.

4. The unwritten Semester I, 2014/15 examinations shall begin on Thursday, 8 January 2015; the Time – Table will be ready on reporting.

5. Every student must report and be ready for the examinations only after clearance of all Semester I University dues; and must have paid (in the bank) Ug. Shs. 177,850/=, the cost for repair / replacement of the vandalized items on 20 November 2014.

6. On reporting, a student must present bank slips showing payment of Ug. Shs. 177,850/= and Ug. Shs. 50,000/= for the Re-application Form.

7. No student shall be re-admitted unless he/she has fulfilled the above items, 1 – 5.

8. Semester II, 2014 / 15 shall begin on Saturday, 24 January 2015 (for Week-end) and Tuesday, 27 January 2015 (for Day and Evening programmes).
