Report Folder Structure
District download (.ZIP) will contain
1 folder for each district 1 sub-folder for each school with reports
within that district.
The folder name follows this naming convention:

The ISR has 2 pages. The first page explains to parents about the NCSC assessment. The second page shows the results of the students English Language Arts test and the Math test. There are 4 performance levels beginning with level 1 as the lowest and 4 being the highest. Levels 3 and 4 are considered to be proficient levels. The large number at the top of each part of the page is the scale score for the student. The dark gray bar shown over the top of the performance levels represents the score of the student. There is a description for the subject below each graph.

The district summary shows the results for each grade level of the district. There is a page for the ELA and a different page for the mathematics. You will also have the state totals and averages to compare with your district.

The School Summary report for mathematics and English Language Arts is available for each school at the district that had students taking the NCSC test. The state results are also on the report for comparisons.

School Roster Reports lists all of the students with their English Language Arts and Mathematics Scores. The Scale Score is shown along with the performance level. If the student used the ESR(Early Stopping Rule), ESM (Early Stopping Rule Misadministration). INC(Tested-Incomplete), IRR (Administration Irregularity), INV (Invalidated), ELL(First year English Language Learned), EXE(Emergency or Grade 11 Math who did grade 9 math portfolio), DNT (did not test), WDR (withdrew), NLE (no Longer Eligible). The + or – indicate if the score is higher + or lower – than the state average. If the ESR was used for one test it was applied to both tests.

If you were in the system last year for the Spring testing, you will use the password from the Spring. If you are new you will request a new password. A temporary password will be sent to you and you will be asked to change it to one that you can remember.

Once you are in the system you will see the Dashboard and My Reports. These are the only 2 headers available at this time.

The only people who have access to the reports are the DTCs. The DTCs do not have permission to add other people to this site. You will be able to view all the materials for your district.
