GETTING STARTED To become an Independent Social Business Owner with ncrease simply enroll online or fill out an Independent Social Business Owner application or submit a hard copy to the corporate office.

QUALIFICATIONS

ACTIVE - A status any ISBO can reach by generating a minimum of 50PV every month. ACTIVE CUSTOMER - Someone other than an ISBO who has placed an order with ncrease in the past month. QUALIFIED ISBO - Maintaining an active status and having personally sponsored at least 3 Active ISBOs [one in each bucket] and has paid their monthly ISBO fee.

A FEW QUICK TERMS BUCKETS - The method used to calculate Team Earnings, in which ISBOs are arranged in a genealogy with three buckets (A, B & C) and commissions are paid on the Sales Volume requirements of each bucket. CV - Commissionable Volume - The commissionable amount of Volume from current pay period sales from which commissions and bonuses are calculated. NIRS - No Inventory Retail Sales - “Retail” sales are sales to customers who are NOT also ISBOs. NIRS includes purchases made by a ISBO’s personally sponsored retail customers who are on a recurring order and purchases made by retail customers from the ISBO’s replicated website. PV - Personal Volume - The value of product personally purchased for your use or for resale AND all purchases by personally enrolled Customers. PREFERRED RETAIL CUSTOMER - A retail customer who is NOT an Independent ISBO that purchases product through our recurring feature with a minimum monthly order. A Preferred Retail Customer may purchase products at ISBO prices. RETAIL CUSTOMER - A customer who is NOT an Independent ISBO that purchases products at retail pricing. RETAIL PROFITS - As an ISBO, you will be able to purchase your products at a wholesale price to resell to your customers for a retail profit. In addition, every online Direct Retail Sale you make to your personal customer will earn you a Direct Retail Profit. No. personal product purchases are required to participate in retail profits.

RP - Reward Points - The value of product purchased for personal use, for resale or through Recurring orders used to calculate commission and bonuses. Sales Volume expressed in points are not necessarily equivalent to any currency value. UNILEVEL - All of the ISBOs that you have personally sponsored, plus all those that they have personally sponsored, and so on. Your personal sponsorship tree does not include ISBOs from your buckets that have been placed there by an ISBO not in your personal sponsorship tree.

PLACEMENT Placement can occur in two different ways. As the sponsoring ISBO you can either specify the location to be auto-placed by Current Month Volumes or by Previous Month Volumes and the system will always fill the buckets in the first available spot within each bucket working Left to Right. You can make this choice in your back office. INDEPENDENT SOCIAL BUSINESS OWNER - Independent Social Business Owners (ISBO’s) are those who choose to enroll in the Rewards Program. The ISBO may select from any of the offered enrollment packs. A monthly ISBO fee is required each month of $24.95 to be qualified to earn all commissions from the Social Impact Plan.

WAYS TO EARN

WHOLESALE TO RETAIL Selling products directly to your customers is the start of a solid foundation for your business. Person-to-Person retail sales allow you to earn income by purchasing products at the wholesale price and then selling them at a retail price of your choosing. Selling products to your customers is essential to your success in ncrease.

RETAIL BONUS Every sale made from your replicated website, the customer pays the retail price and you make the difference between the Wholesale Price and the Retail Price. For example, Sarah buys a product for $60 off your replicated website. The wholesale price of that product is $50. You would earn a Retail Bonus for that order of $10. FIRST ORDER BONUS [UNILEVEL-WEEKLY]

The First Order Bonus is a bonus that pays upline using the sponsorship [unilevel] tree. By teaching and training a new ISBO how to sponsor a new ISBO a First Order Bonus is paid up to 5 levels regardless of the enrollment pack selected by the new ISBO.

The Monthly Bucket Bonus rewards you every month as you assist others in gathering customers and sponsoring new ISBO’s. As you create teams that generate sales volume you earn monthly commissions. The automated system of placement assures your organization is being built to create three strong bucket teams for long term residual income. A minimum of 55% of Total Sales Volume must come from customer purchases.

RANKS & QUALIFICATIONS Ncreaser - Sponsor an ISBO in Bucket A, B and C Ncreaser 125 - An ISBO must be active with a minimum of 100 PV, has personally sponsored three (3) Active Independent Social Business Owners (one in each bucket), has at least 2 personally enrolled customers and has two buckets with a minimum of 250 RP and one bucket with a minimum of 125 RP. Ncreaser 500 - An ISBO must be active with a minimum of 100 PV, has personally sponsored three (3) Active Independent Social Business Owners (one in each bucket), has at least 2 personally enrolled customers and has two buckets with a minimum of 750 RP and one bucket with a minimum of 375 RP. Elite Royal Mpacter 175K- An ISBO must be active with a minimum of 200 PV, has personally sponsored nine (9) Active Independent Social Business Owners (three in each bucket), has at least 6 personally enrolled customers and has two buckets with a minimum of 500,000 RP and one bucket with a minimum of 300,000 RP. Elite Royal Mpacter 350K- An ISBO must be active with a minimum of 200 PV, has personally sponsored three (9) Active Independent Social Business Owners (three in each bucket), has at least 8 personally enrolled customers and has two buckets with a minimum of 1,000,000 RP and one bucket with a minimum of 600,000 RP.Elite Royal Mpacter 500K - An ISBO must be active with a minimum of 200 PV, has personally sponsored nine (9) Active Independent Social Business Owners (three in each bucket), has at least 8 personally enrolled customers and has two buckets with a minimum of 2,000,000 RP and one bucket with a minimum of 1,200,000 RP.

Elite Royal Mpacter 1M- An ISBO must be active with a minimum of 200 PV, has personally sponsored nine (9) Active Independent Social Business Owners (three in each bucket), has at least 10 personally enrolled customers and has two buckets with a minimum of 4,000,000 RP and one bucket with a minimum of 2,400,000 RP.Clawback Rules: If a user achieves a rank by the end of the pay period, and a 1% or less RP’s are reversed from Chargebacks & Refunds the company will waive the clawback on commissions. If a user achieves a rank by the end of the pay period, and Chargebacks & Refunds are between 3% - 5% of the total required RP’s in that pay period, the company will clawback 50% of the difference of the commissions paid rank and the adjusted achieved rank. If a user achieves a rank by the end of the pay period, and Chargebacks & Refunds are over 5% of the total required RP’s in that pay period, the company will clawback 100% of the difference of the commissions paid rank and the adjusted achieved rank. Overall Payout Rules Along with the Bucket Payouts earning cap 60% of total RP (Reward Points) on the collective payout throughout the entire Rewards/Compensation Plan. Bonuses and Commissions listed within this Rewards Plan document are the maximum limits eligible for each rank shown and are based strictly on individual performance ncrease does not pay more than 60% of total monthly company wide Reward Points into the Compensation Plan structure. The 60% Reward Points commission cap payout has been put in place to ensure the long-term viability of ncrease. No commissions are paid for the recruiting of new ISBOs. Commissions are only paid on the sale of products. A product purchase is not required to become a ISBO. ncrease makes NO GUARANTEES of income and results depend solely on the efforts of each individual Business Owner. This document is designed to offer an overview of the benefits offered by ncrease to those ISBO’s who put in the work necessary to build a successful business.
