WCPSS SES Process• School System’s Role–Provider Meeting –Notification of Parents–Plan and Organize Provider Fair–Parent Request for Service–Enrollment Periods (see timeline)–Assist Parents in Selection, if Requested

teacher and provider• Establish procedures for transition from school to

SES ProvidersProviders’ Role • Designate a non-tutoring site coordinator if more

than 24 students are enrolled• Establish sign-in system for tutors• Provide badges for tutors• Provide nametags for students• Discuss system for contacting parents with the

school’s SES coordinator• Conduct assessments

• Develop student learning plans with parents and teachers

• Provide monthly progress reports• Arrange for frequent parent
