DESCRIPTION
Co-lecture: Waves of Innovation: Clay Education at Otis By surveying the evolution of ceramic education at Otis College of Art, Los Angeles, this presentation will chart the three separate waves of innovation that have occurred since the mid-1950s. Each wave has incited an aesthetic shift, contributing to the pedagogy of ceramic education and to the positioning of ceramics in the broader context of art and design.TRANSCRIPT
