NC Renaissance - JOIN US! APPLY TODAY! NC Renaissance engages NC residents from rural counties to participate in an educationalfour-day experience that exposes them to the many educational opportunities a four-year university provides. The program inspires high-achieving scholars to pursue their educational aspirations while developing unique leadership skills. Rural counties are designated asTier 1 or Tier 2 by the NC Department of Commerce.
