Navodaya Vidyalayas situated in the States/UTs of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Daman &

Remuneration: - 1) For PGT- Rs. 27,500/- pm, Hard Station (Dist

Kutch/Dangs/Ratnagiri)

Rs. 32500/- Consolidated per month.

2) For TGTs & Misc.- Rs. 26,250/- pm, (Dist Kutch/Dangs/Ratnagiri)

Rs. 31250/- consolidated per month.

3) For FCSA.- Rs. 26,250/- pm, (Dist Kutch/Dangs/Ratnagiri)

Rs. 31250/- consolidated per month.

In addition to the above, free boarding and lodging facility as available in the

campus

may be provided only after physical opening of the JNVs. All teachers engaged on contract

basis shall have to stay in the JNV campus only in the accommodation allotted to them, if any.

Interested and eligible candidates may submit scanned copy of the duly signed

application alongwith relevant documents in a single PDF File only by E-MAIL latest by

11.09.2020 to the concerned Cluster Centres (as per list given below) in which they desire

contract appointment in the cluster JNVs. Candidates should apply to only one cluster

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India), of Pune Region

for the academic session 2020-2021 only against existing vacancies in the Jawahar

JNVs are residential in nature, it is mandatory for the teachers to reside in the

Vidyalaya campus to attend residential school duties besides their routine duties.

Boarding and Lodging may be provided as available at the JNV site, after the

physical reopening of the vidyalaya for students.

No hard copy of the application will be accepted. A candidate applying for more

than one post will have to apply separately for each post. Selected candidate can be

posted to any of the JNVs in the region as per requirement of the Samiti.

While submitting the application by email, the candidate must mention the

cluster name and the post applied for, in the subject of the email. For example, if the

candidate is applying for the post of PGT(Economics) and he/she wishes to appear

for virtual interview at Sangli cluster centre JNV, the subject will be SANGLI

CLUSTER – PGT(ECONOMICS). This is for sorting the email on subject and cluster

basis and does not mean that the post of PGT(Economics) is vacant at JNV Sangli or

its cluster JNVs. Candidates are advised to submit only one application for one post.

Eligible candidates will have to appear for a virtual interview for selection, as per

date and time communicated on the website of NVS RO Pune on 14.09.2020. The

virtual interviews will be held from 15th to 17th September 2020 as per the schedule

notified on the website. Candidate shall attend the virtual interview from the place of

his convenience as per availability of good network on the stipulated platform at his

own expense. No request for change of date or time or cluster centre of virtual

interview will be entertained.

TGT (Hindi, English,

Gujarati, Marathi)

Candidate must have studied Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati as

Elective Subject at Graduation Level as per the post applied for

subject concerned.

NB: i). Additional weightage will be given to the CTET qualified candidate (Paper-II) for

TGTs only conducted by CBSE 7. In absence/non-availability of above candidates preference should be given to those

candidates who had worked earlier in Central Govt. Organization. 8. Retired teachers up to the age of 65 years may be engaged subject to their fitness and

willingness.

Consolidated remuneration per month:

1. For PGTs : (normal station Rs. 27,500/- pm, hard station Rs. 32,500/- pm)

2. For TGTs : (normal station Rs. 26,250/-, hard station Rs. 31,250/- pm) and

Universities with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

B.Ed or Equivalent Qualification from Recognized Universities Desirable Qualification

Maths

i) Bachelor Degree in Maths alongwith

Physics and any of the following subjects:

Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science,

Statistics.

ii) In case of such Universities which provide for only two subjects out

of the six as mentioned above, in the final

year of graduation, the Candidate should have studied Maths and Physics in the

final year of examination and three subjects, viz, Maths, Physics and Chemistry

/Electronics /Computer Science/ Statistics

in the first and second years of Graduation iii) Candidates who have

Passed B.Sc. degree with Honours in Maths subject would be Considered eligible only if they have studied Physics and Chemistry / Electronics /Computer Science/ Statistics in first and second year of the course. Candidates with B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics Or Chemistry are not eligible for the post of TGT (Maths).

Science i) The candidate should have studied

Botany, Zoology and Chemistry during all

the three years of study in Graduation.

ii) In case of such Universities which

provide for only two subjects in the final

year of graduation, the candidates should

have studied any of the two subjects out

of Botany, Zoology and Chemistry in the

final year of examination and all the three

subjects, viz. Botany Zoology and

Chemistry in the first and second years of

graduation.

iii) In case of Honours Degree in any of the

above mentioned three subjects, the

candidate must have studied other two

subjects in the first and second year of the

course.
