Navita Residences is a Physical Therapist owned, premium residential care provider (RCFE) in the City of Thousand Oaks.
We are a six bed single family residence located in a beautiful, safe and scenic Thousand Oaks neighborhood.
Within two miles of Los Robles Hospital, also close to shopping, pharmacy, Thousand Oaks senior center and the library.
