They say there is nothing more alive than a work in progress, and it certainly feels that way for the Lakes Neighborhood. We’re in the exciting first stages of crafting an enduring core neighborhood, which will be a collaboration of designers, builders and other visionaries.

We’re thrilled to present our vision and inspiration for Bloomington’s next great community, and allow you to imagine to what it might feel like to call this home.

A cooperative homeowners association will manage and maintain the streets, greens, disposal, recycling and amenities.
