Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), NCERT in collaboration with the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Government of India has developed NROER, powered by Gnowledge Labs., Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education.
NROER was launched for the nation on 13th August 2013.

About NROER(National Repository of Open Educational Resources)
NROER is a collaborative platform involved in bringing together all digital and digitisable resources of school education from primary to higher secondary level in English, Hindi and other regional languages.
It offers resources for all subjects pertaining to school education. As of now it is available only in English and Hindi languages but shortly will be available in other regional languages.
