FINAL DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK FOR THE DR KENNETH KAUNDA

DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY

I, Manketsi Tihape, MEC for Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development, hereby give notice of myintention to adopt the Environmental Management Framework for the Dr. Kenneth Kaunda DistrictMunicipality, under regulation 5(4) read with regulations 3 and 4 of the Environmental ManagementFramework Regulations, 2010.

The Environmental Management Framework for the Dr, Kenneth Kaunda District Municipality is nowavailable for public scrutiny at the places listed in the Schedule to this notice.

Members of the public are invited to submit to the MEC, within 30 days after publication of the notice in theGazette, written representations or comments to the following addresses:
