MAGNUS Workshop

MAGNUS

Leadership &

Resiliency

Workshop

“I recently attended the MAGNUS Leadership Workshop in Chino, California. First and foremost, I must

say, it was the BEST training experience in my law enforcement career thus far. Thank you for being a

part of something so special. I believe this training should be streamlined nationwide to ensure the

mental health of our officers is taken care of and they reach their highest potential. I now believe mental

health starts with MAGNUS. This can and will change people’s lives in a positive way. I want to hang the

certificate on my wall so I can see it every day, as a reminder that I am MAGNUS. Thank You once again.”Sergeant II Hamilton Alvarenga, Los Angeles Police Department

“It was a pleasure taking part of your training. I think it is the best training I have taken throughout my career with the NYPD. Thank you and Sheriff Ray Nash. You guys are touching a part of law enforcement

that has not been addressed. Keep helping other law enforcers realize that they are “MAGNUS”. As for me,

I know in my heart and mind that I am. God bless you both for everything.”

Police officer Julio Castro, NYPD

The 2 or 3 Days MAGNUS Leadership course introduces

“MAGNUS” as a General Theory of Leadership for enhanced
