National Cluster Meetings Registration and Cancellation Policies REGISTRATION POLICIES Registration is required to participate in all sessions and special events at the meeting. Each person attending any part of the meeting must be officially registered. Each registrant will receive a computer- generated name badge that serves as admission to registered sessions, exhibits, workshops, and activities registered for. In some cases a ticket or wristband with a name badge may be required. If paying by purchase order or check, full payment must be received at national headquarters by November 4, 2015. Registration packets will only be distributed to attendees with a zero balance or by securing the balance with another form of payment when picking up registration materials. Official conference badges must be worn to all meeting functions. Badges will be checked at the entrance of conference activities. Wristbands are required for the Special Event and will be issued with registration materials. If your wristband is misplaced or lost you will be required to purchase a new wristband at the full price of the event. Children under nine years of age are discouraged from attending conference sessions. Children and family members who attend conference sessions must register for the meeting / conference and pay all event fees. Outstanding balances from previous national conferences / meetings must be paid in full prior to registering for the meeting. National Cluster Meetings Registration and Cancellation Policies

REGISTRATION POLICIES

Optional Items • Refunds are not honored for Continuing Education Credits, Leadership Academy, Competitive Events, or

Special Events. • All name change/substitution requests must be submitted in writing and emailed

conferences/meetings until the balance has been paid in full.

HOUSING POLICY • Room rates and cost of meeting space are based on an anticipated room pick-up. In an effort to support

our host city, demonstrate effective practices in room block management, and keep registration fees lower it is important that FCCLA attendees use the official hotels when attending the meeting.

• Delegates who live more than 50 miles from the convention site and do not stay in one of the official convention hotels are required to pay a conference room fee of $25 per attendee when registering for the conference.

• Delegates from state associations attending the National Cluster Meeting and not staying at one of the official convention hotels may not participate in national Competitive Events.
