Dear Vendors,

We invite you to participate in the 2015 South Central Sectional Conference of the National Association of

University Women (NAUW). NAUW is a National organization that exclusively represents and serves schools,

children and community. This conference is a great opportunity to offer your products to the women of NAUW.

The 2015 South Central Sectional Conference for NAUW is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2015, through

Saturday June 20, 2015, in Lafayette, Louisiana. Our conference will be held at the Ramada Inn & Suites

Conference Center located at 2032 NE Evangeline Thruway in Lafayette, Louisiana. The event hotel is the Ramada

Inn & Suites. The telephone number for reservations is (337) 233-6815. The special room rate is $72.00 per night

(plus sales and occupancy taxes). Reference the NAUW (National Association of University Women) when

contacting the hotel. Our conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday and end by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday June

20,2015.

If you are interested in participating at this conference, please review the enclosed information carefully as it

contains important details about conference opportunities. These include booth space. Time will be provided for

all vendors to briefly address our membership during the program in addition to the scheduled breaks.

To reserve a vendor space, send a check with a completed vendor agreement. Limited vendor space is

available. Please make Business check, money order or cashier's check payable to St Landry Branch NAUW and

Vendor Agreement

The National Association of University Women agrees to provide display space to vendors at the South Central

Sectional Conference hosted by St Landry/Eunice Branches in Lafayette, LA according to the fee schedule below for

the 2015 South Central Sectional Conference. NAUW will provide one draped 8 foot table with two chairs.

Conference vendors will be allowed to set up their displays on Thursday, June 18th, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 8:00

p.m. Displays may be removed on or before Saturday, June 20, 2015. NAUW will attempt to meet any specific

requests from vendors but can only guarantee the draped 8 foot table and chairs for the vendor fee.

To reserve vendor space at the conference, and/or sponsor an event, this agreement must be signed and returned

On June 18 - 20, 2015, the St. Landry Branch and the Eunice Branch of the National Association of University

Women will host the 56th South Central Sectional Conference at the Ramada Inn & Suites in Lafayette, Louisiana.

It is anticipated that more than 200 women will be in attendance thus a great exposure for your business. Vendors

will be assigned space as available. You may begin setting up at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2015. Your area

should be disassembled by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2015.

Vendors will not be allowed to sell NAUW items. Use of the NAUW logo and symbols are restricted to NAUW only.

The number of vendors selling the same merchandise will be limited.
