• Association represents one national entity which works with young people
• Another effort in order for youth to participate and raise voice of young people through Youth offices and local community
• Initiated by coordinators of Youth offices and supported by the Ministry of youth and sport

• Association should contribute to better quality of networking and better communication of Youth offices throughout Serbia in order to improve the work quality of youth offices
• The role of the Association is to provide quality of youth policy implementation and to raise services towards young people to a higher level as well as to determine a mechanism for youth office and youth organizations networking both in the country and abroad

Association of local youth offices is an organization which tends to create society where young people are empowered, included in decision making process and provides the ability to fulfill the needs of young people

WHY IS THE ASSOCIATION IMPORTANT?
Systematic approach in implementing national youth policy on a local level consists of four phases:
•Local action planning LAP•The LAP audit – monitoring and evaluation of LAP results•Youth office work standards and local coordinators competences•Systematic and professional support for youth offices and coordinators

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
• Creating of a four year long strategic plan• Creating of institutional/program budget and business plan• Empowerment of coordinators and youth office capacities (experts, trainers, LAP)• Work with other organizations• Providing continuous support throughout services for youth offices
