- Developed and implemented UAFit Challenge, a 90-day fitness challenge for the Student Affairs/Enrollment Management division. This program included an online platform for tracking, weekly incentives, marketing components, and weekly communication
- Member of the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge Committee that focuses on fitness competition among Pac-12 schools for one week during the Fall and Spring semesters
- Interviewed, reviewed and selected advertising firm for Hockey program with a $37,000 marketing budget
- Developed professional team that obtained $70,000+ in Hockey program sponsorship. An increase of $33,000 from previous year
- Developed a Living/Learning Community with Residence Life that focuses on outdoor recreation, as well as planning for LLC that focuses on Fitness/Wellness.
- Restructured Group Fitness Program that increased pass sales by 22% in less than a semester
- Developed collaboration with the Confluence Center to promote and support Graduate Student Wellness Symposium as well as Undergraduate Wellness Conference

Management - Oversaw all fitness and wellness programming activities including,
personal training, group exercise, massage, nutritional counseling and instructional workshops. Developed personal training, massage, group fitness, and wellness programming for Campus Recreation upon opening of Carmichael Recreation Center in 2007.
