- Developed a Living/Learning Community with Residence Life that focuses on outdoor recreation, as well as planning for LLC that focuses on Fitness/Wellness.

- Developed collaboration with the Confluence Center to promote and support Graduate Student Wellness Symposium as well as Undergraduate Wellness Conference

Management - Oversaw all fitness and wellness programming activities including,

personal training, group exercise, massage, nutritional counseling and instructional workshops. Developed personal training, massage, group fitness, and wellness programming for Campus Recreation upon opening of Carmichael Recreation Center in 2007.

- Responsible for hiring, training, supervise and evaluate professional Fitness Coordinator, 25+ Group Exercise Instructors, 15 Customer Service Representatives, 15 Personal Trainers, 10 Fitness Monitors, 3 Massage Therapists, and a Registered Dietician.

- Instructed personal training preparation program in conjunction with American Council on Exercise as well as the National Council on Strength and Fitness for students interested in becoming personal trainers.
