• Genpact operates 3 onsite centres in Gurgaon and Noida• To cater to pan-India office locations they adopted the subsidy model• To ensure that employees feel no difference between an onsite
centre and independent centre option, they ensured they subsidised employees using the independent centres to bring the fee to an equal level
Amadeus- Subsidy +Underwriting Adhoc /Emergency Care
• Subsidise childcare for employees using any facility across Bangalore• Emergency daycare- Underwriting of 15 hours of back-up
/emergency care every month at the facility located in the same premises as their office
