• Whilst HUL Mumbai offers employees the benefits of an onsite centre, HUL,Bangalore has adopted the Nearsite engagement model to overcome space constraints

• Not only have they reserved 50% capacity of the centre, but also provide a 30% subsidy on childcare cost

Genpact- Onsite + Subsidy

• Genpact operates 3 onsite centres in Gurgaon and Noida• To cater to pan-India office locations they adopted the subsidy model• To ensure that employees feel no difference between an onsite

centre and independent centre option, they ensured they subsidised employees using the independent centres to bring the fee to an equal level
