    Dear Readers,

Summer is coming and your local public library is ready to help make your

summer a special one. Our theme this summer is One World, Many Stories.

You will have the opportunity to jump right in to many exciting programs. Start

by registering for your librarys summer reading program, where you can be a

part of fun activities including: celebrations, story times, music, craft sessions,

and science and nature projects. You will want to keep track of the books you

read this summer: new books, tried and true favorite books, audio books,

downloadable books, comics, and manga. You can also enjoy other media,

    such as CDs and DVDs.

Come and meet your local public librarian, who can help you find just what you

are looking for and help you be prepared for the next school year.

Visit your librarys website to see a complete list of summer activities and

programs. All this is available just for you at your local public library. Come

join us by participating in One World, Many Stories.
