Established in 1990, Nass Scafform is a foremost provider of professional scaffolding and formwork services in the region. We; a division of Nass Corporation B.S.C., are headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain and have market leading operations throughout the Gulf. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we operate as the scaffolding division of Abdulla Ahmed Nass and Partners, and in Abu Dhabi as Nass Scaffolding Services.

An ISO 9001 & 18001 accredited company, Nass Scafform is renowned for consistently delivering the highest standards of quality services to its regional and international clientele. We employ a dedicated team of more than 1400 trained professionals, and offer a significant inventory of materials, transport and equipment to ensure a comprehensive scaffolding and formwork solution.

Nass Scafform brings a proven track record of successful projects across a wide range of sectors, including Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and General Construction, and boasts a project portfolio that consists of landmark projects throughout the region.

Aligned with our international expansion and diversification strategy, we are exploring opportunities for further expansion in the State of Kuwait, whilst solidifying its leading position across the existing markets.

Bahrainnass Scafform

The Kingdom of Bahrain is Nass Scafform’s Corporate Headquarters and the birthplace of the Nass Scafform brand. Since 1990, we have supplied professional scaffolding and formwork solutions to the public and private sector. Major contracts include works for Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA) on the GAMA project, Potline Line 4, Line 5 and currently Line 6 Expansion Projects, the Coke Calcining Plant, and the Jetty Facility Upgrade. Worked on the Sulphur Diesel Projects (LSDP0), Raw Gas Desulphurisation Project (RGDP), and the New Sulphur Plant and Sulphur handling facilities.

Nass Scafform also facilitated construction work on the new Terminal Building at the Bahrain International Airport, undertook Structural Strengthening Works on the Sitra Causeway, and worked on the Hidd Power Station and Desalination Plant. We were selected for works on the Conveyor Line and Marine Jetty for Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company’s (GPIC) new Urea Fertilizer Plant, in addition to work on the refurbishment of 2 container cranes at Mina Salman Port, the iconic Bahrain World Trade Centre building, and the King Hamad Hospital in Muharraq.

Since breaking into the Saudi Arabian market in 1995 as the Scaffolding Division of Abdulla Nass & Partners WLL., Nass Scafform has grown its market share and built a name that is synonymous with quality, safety and superior service.

Major contracts include works to the Industrial Port for Saudi Arabia Kentz Co. and for Eastern Morris Crane, in addition to the Jubail Rabigh for MGC Engineering, Jubail Project Petrochemia for Afi Alaa International Contracting, HV Cable Assy Ship for International Port Services, Damaged Well for Maridive Offshore Projects, in addition to work for Ras Al Qurrayah for Nexan France, the Fadhilli project for Sinopec, and the Sadhara Project for Tekfen / Sinopec.

Since its establishment in UAE in 2010, Nass Scafform established itself as a leading player in the UAE market.

Major projects include works for Tekfen Construction on the ASAB FFD Project, Petrofac International Ltd on the ASAB / ADCO Project, Kentec on the BOROUGE 3 LDPE project, Saipem Ltd on the SGD Project, Cloisal & TAV/Arabtec/CCC on the Abu Dhabi Mid-Field Airport Terminal, ALEC on the DWC Airport Dubai, 5-year maintenance contract with DUGAS and 3-year maintenance contract with Emirates Aluminium.

Nass Scafform’s expert in-house design team brings vast knowledge and experience in the design of complex access, formwork and heavy duty support scaffolds to your project. Our Team leverages the latest engineering software including AutoCAD and STAAD to prepare drawings, and offers clients expert engineering and technical assistance from the pre-bid stage all the way to completion; ensuring full compliance with client specifications. Nass Scafform also offers technical assistance to Safety and Operations departments in order to facilitate Risk Assessments, Hazard Identifications and Method Statements. For projects that require tailor-made solutions, a bespoke design service is also available.

Nass Scafform is a leading provider of state of the art outdoor and indoor grandstand seating throughout the region. Our extruded aluminum seating system fully complies with the latest “Codes of Practice” from the Green Guide, and the Institute of Structural Engineers recommendations. The seating system also meets the Building Code requirements for Australia and the United States of America, as well as the new proposed European specification CEN/ TC/315, regulations.

Nass Scafform is experienced in interpreting and fulfilling client’s briefs on time and within budget, whilst ensuring that our state of the art seating allows maximum comfort, safety and unobstructed sports viewing pleasure.

Nass Scafform has begun the process of CISRS, (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) accreditation with a number of staff already trained and certified as ‘Supervisors’ & ‘Inspectors’, which is the preferred scaffolding qualification of the oil and gas sector.

The Nass Scafform Safety Manual is a comprehensive guide that directs the company’s safe working practices to ensure the highest standards of health and safety are adhered to for the benefit of our employees, clients, contractors, and the community. The Manual is regularly updated to reflect changing legislation, unique circumstances and client requirements, while regular Tool-Box talks, carried out by our NEBOSH-qualified safety officers and supervisors, ensure each employee fully understands and demonstrates the safe working practices, safety awareness and sound scaffolding construction methods that are promoted by Nass Scafform in its safety plan and operating procedures manual.

In addition, we undertake rigorous and regular safety audits and records these findings. Safety statistics are also compiled and updated on a monthly basis to monitor our Operational Health and Safety activities.

As a regional benchmark for Safety, we are an IOSH approved training center for the delivery of both Managing Safety and Working Safety courses and are licensed by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health to provide the ‘Working Safely V5.0” training courses.

QUALITY STANDARDS

Unmatched in the GCCNass Scafform’s commitment to quality is unmatched in the GCC. The ISO Integrated Management System ISO 9002:1994 was originally awarded in December 1997, with ISO 9001:2008 for UAE. In May 2015, the Bahrain main office was awarded ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 for fully integrating our management systems. In 2016, the OHSAS 18001: 2007 certification was awarded, underscoring Nass Scafform’s continuing dedication to developing and maintaining the highest levels of quality throughout every area of our activities. An Integrated Management System is also underway in KSA and UAE, while we seek to upgrade to the IS0 9001/14001: 2015 once the new ISO 45001(Occupational Health and Safety) is implemented in 2017. Both internal and external audits are conducted regularly to ensure continuing compliance with the standards.
