SALES AND MARKETING SOFTWARE M&A VOLUME – QUARTERLY TRENDS
▪ Marketing technology stocks performedstrongly in second quarter with the CHILDSindices for marketing technology and product /supply chain increasing by 7.0% and 5.7%respectively, compared to an increase of 2.3%for S&P 500
▪ Many of the marketing technology publiccompanies are traded near their 52 week highs
▪ MarTech M&A volume ticked up slightly in Q22017 from 12 to 14 transactions and remainsrelatively consistent with prior quarters
