PROPOSED PROJECTS1. DISTANCE EDUCATION: Promoting ICT utilization Objective: Developing capacity and infrastructure in public

universities to improve quality, expand access to education, and improve efficiency as well asaccess to the global information

2. HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT IN ICT Objective:Strengthen and establish programs in Information

Technology, Computer Sciences, and Electrical Engineering in public and private universities

Estimated project cost: $ 200 million
