What is the lead time from order to delivery?
Once the order is placed and term/s of payment is confirmed, it would
be delivered no later than 2 working days.
What is the Warranty Period?
All Narex machines come with a 2 year warranty on materials and
workmanship and 2 year/s for the components.
What is the availability of a demonstration machine or a reference site to visit?
If clients wish to arrange a demonstration of the product, we can have it
done at our showroom.
What are the terms of payment?
Payment options will be discussed by our sales personnel and we have
options to suit your needs.
