Thanks, Mike. I began my career as a hairstylist.During my 35 years working behind the chair, Isearched for a product or technology toaccomplish the results I desired withoutcompromising the health of the hair.

Not finding any up to my standards, Iestablished my own company. I instructed myR&D team to pioneer innovative technologiesand formulate new products for salon servicesthat keep the hair fiber as healthy as possible.Their goal was to study how natural healthyhair acts, so we can provide damaged hair withwhat it needs to heal itself from the inside inorder to return to a natural, healthy state.
