CONGRATULATIONS! - DISTINGUISHED CLUB 2011-2012
We are gearing up for lots of service events. October 26th is our party for the children at the Sulzbacher Center. The Watsons are working on the plan, and need volunteers and ideas. The Senior's Thanksgiving Dinner at the Betty Furlong Center is set for Nov. 22nd, and we will need the Key Club to make it happen along with our members. We should have an opportunity for bell ringing for the Salvation Army in December, and again I hope our Key Club will join in with us. It’s a great opportunity for us to work together. The charity concert is on schedule for Jan. 29, and we need to start planning on how we can sell 150 tickets at $10.00 for a profit of $1,500.00. That goal would really help our ability to fund our service projects. My goal is for us to have one service project a month, and we are off to a good start. Karl Price

Heavenly Father, Help us to do our very best this day, not by worrying about whether we are right but by doing the right thing. May we understand that the roots of happiness grow deepest in the soul of service. And now bless this food to our use and us to Your service. Amen
