1. Now M/s. Bajaj Fineserv House Owners Association has procured the IT Park from

M/s. Ashray Premises Pvt. Ltd (company registration certificate enclosed) and prices of

building & etc. has been rise to Rs. 90.29 Cr. without change in construction area.

2. Bajaj Fineserv House Owners Association has applied for renewal of consent dated

19/1/2012 and paid the consent fee of Rs. 2,40,100/- and the same is processed and

submitted to Regional Officer (HW), Mumbai dated 3/7/2012.

3. The case was return through IMIS to the Regional Officer, Pune dated 9/11/2012.

5. PP has provided STP of capacity 75CMD.

6. IT Park is not generating any biodegradable waste. The Non-biodegradable waste such

as Office scrap-260 Kg/Month is handed over to authorized recycler.

7. IT Park has installed 03 nos. of DG set having capacity 625 KVA each.

8. Proponent has submitted the cess return for the period upto April 2013.

9. Proponent has submitted the environmental statement for the year 2012-13.

10. Proponent has submitted the hazardous waste return in form IV for the year 12-13

In view of above we may consider renewal of consent for IT & ITES activity after receipt of

fees Rs 75,000/-
